30 years celebrated between sky and earth

A unique gastronomic evening celebrating three decades of expertise, creativity and authentic products from the Pays-d’Enhaut.

On 4 September 2026, local flavours reached new heights at Rougemont – La Videmanette! To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Pays-d’Enhaut Produits Authentiques (PEPA) label, 144 guests took their seats aboard 25 gondolas transformed into suspended dining rooms.

Throughout the evening, certified local products, regional expertise and creations by local chefs came together in an exceptional setting. An experience designed to showcase the people who have brought the label to life over the past 30 years and to offer a new way of discovering the richness of the Pays-d’Enhaut’s culinary heritage.
