The MOB

The Montreux-Oberland Bernois (MOB) railway line connects Montreux to Zweisimmen and crosses the Pays-d’Enhaut, offering one of the most beautiful train journeys in Switzerland.

Between lake and mountains, the MOB winds its way through terraced vineyards, alpine forests, unspoiled valleys, and traditional villages to Château-d’Œx, the heart of the Pays-d’Enhaut.
Some journeys are operated by the famous Belle Époque train, recognizable by its retro carriages inspired by the early 20th century. A unique experience that appeals to train enthusiasts and lovers of alpine landscapes alike.
