Visit of the military fort A 1652 in La Tine
In den Militärfestungen von La Tine hat der Käse die Munition und die Granaten in den Betonregalen ersetzt. Hier werden viele Käselaibe gereift, um einen Käse mit einzigartigem Charakter zu erhalten!
Die Militärfestungen befinden sich zwischen den Kantonen Waadt und Freiburg. Hier schliesst sich das Tal des Pays-d’Enhaut und lässt nur eine Strasse und den Fluss Sarine passieren. Unten sieht man die Schluchten, durch die der Fluss fließt, bevor er in Montbovon ankommt.
Gut versteckt im Berg öffnet sich eine Tür, durch die man das Betonlabyrinth betritt. Entdecken Sie in Begleitung Ihres Führers diese alten unterirdischen Stollen aus dem 2. Weltkrieg.
Gehen Sie durch die verschiedenen Räume des Forts und entdecken Sie die Käsesorten, die direkt im Herzen des Berges gereift sind! Ein idealer Ort für diese entscheidende Phase, da die Bedingungen trotz der kühlen oder heißen Außentemperaturen stabil sind.
Genießen Sie auf Anfrage für Gruppen von 8 bis 15 Personen einen Aperitif mit Trockenfleisch, gefolgt von einem guten Fondue und einem Dessert, alles im Inneren des Forts, in einem temperierten Raum (außer dem Aperitif sind die Getränke nicht inbegriffen).

Minimum of 2 people and maximum of 16 people. The guide reserves the right to refuse entry to poorly equipped people ! This activity takes place in all weather conditions. This reservation gives you access to the above mentioned activity only. If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. On request for groups of 8 to 15 people, enjoy an aperitif with dried meat, followed by a delicious fondue and dessert, all inside the fort, in a temperate room (apart from the aperitif, drinks are not included).
The meeting point with the guide is in front of the entrance to the fort A1652 at 10am. This fort is the one located on the right bank of the Sarine (on the right) when arriving from Château-d’Oex. Attention: do not confuse with the fort on the left bank of the Sarine which has the entrance on the side of the road. The gravel car park is located on the roadside, on the left when arriving from Château-d’Oex.
