What if you walked to taste better?
At Belles Combes, Colin Rayroud welcomes you to his mountain chalet perched at 1,500 metres, surrounded by pastures and forests. Depending on the route, plan for a 2 to 4-hour round hike.
Once there, the immersion begins: a wood-fired raclette, heartfelt conversations, and a night on straw, under the star-filled alpine sky.
In the morning, dive into the secrets of L’Etivaz AOP, a robust alpine cheese handmade in copper cauldrons over a wood fire. Colin walks you through each ancestral gesture. Your reward? A hearty farmhouse breakfast with fresh bread, butter, jams, honey and cheese from the chalet.

The exact date of the activity cannot be fixed in advance due to production conditions on the mountain pastures and the availability of producers. We will therefore suggest several possible dates and you will then be able to choose one of them.
Reservations must be made at least 5 days before the date of the activity. The activity takes place from one person upwards and for a maximum of 7 people. Each participant must have his or her own personal sleeping bag and hiking clothes suitable for the mountains.
This activity takes place in all weathers. In the event of cancellation or modification up to 2 days before the date of arrival, the service provider will not charge any fees. In the event of late cancellation, late amendment or no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
