Your starting and finishing point is the village of Rougemont. Get on your bike and ride through the streets with the typical chalets that make this mountain village famous!

As soon as you arrive in Boltigen, it's time to leave the Simmental road and start the ascent via the Jaun Pass. During the ascent, take a break to relax your legs and admire the view of the Bernese peaks!

Have fun on the descent from the top of the pass to the village of Jaun. Here you leave the busy road and take the small asphalt mountain paths towards the Mittelberg.

All around you is unspoilt nature and imposing peaks. Do you recognise the mountain range on your right? It is the famous Gastlosen!

The descent from the top of the pass brings you to your destination: Rougemont. The road runs along the Fenils river. This is the natural border between the canton of Vaud and Bern.
