What if your Museum Night took you up into the skies? In Château-d’Œx, Espace Ballon invites you to explore the fascinating world of ballooning during this exceptional evening opening. Step inside the interactive exhibition “The Invention of Flight” and meet the inventors, scientists and adventurers who shaped the history of human flight. From the earliest experiments to great hot-air balloon expeditions, the dream of flying comes to life through an entertaining and immersive visit. Then continue your adventure with the 4D Balloon Flight and soar virtually above the landscapes of the Pays-d’Enhaut through all four seasons. An original evening for families and friends in a place closely connected to Château-d’Œx’s long-standing passion for ballooning.

Admission is free for children under 16.</p> <p><strong>Good to know</strong></p> <p>The pass gives access to participating museums and their activities. It is also valid for public transport throughout all Frimobil zones and includes admission to the Silent Party at Ebullition.</p> <p><strong>Tickets</strong></p> <p>Advance ticket sales start on 21 October 2026 at participating sales points. Tickets can also be purchased directly at the museums on the evening of the event.</p>
