Gourmet meal in the cabin

To mark the 30th anniversary of the ‘Pays-d’Enhaut Produits Authentiques’ label, enjoy a unique gastronomic experience in the heart of the Vaud Alps.

For one evening, the Videmanette cable car cabins are transformed into dining rooms suspended high above the valley. As the cable cars ascend and the sun sets, let yourself be carried between sky and mountain to discover an exceptional menu created by two renowned chefs from the Pays-d’Enhaut, showcasing our region’s authentic produce.

The experience begins with a welcome cocktail at the lower station, before heading to the Videmanette’s panoramic terrace where a gourmet aperitif will be served with views of the peaks. The culinary journey then continues in the cable car, where each journey becomes a special moment to savour the chefs’ various creations.

The cheese buffet will feature several producers from the ‘Pays-d’Enhaut Produits Authentiques’ label, who are delighted to share their expertise and passion. Dessert will be served during the final descent in the gondola, before the evening concludes with coffee and petits fours at the lower station.

Designed for just 25 cabins, this evening celebrates the 30th anniversary of a label that has been promoting our region’s producers and artisans for three decades. A unique opportunity to discover the local produce of the Pays-d’Enhaut from a fresh perspective.
