Rougemont Bread Oven Evening
<p>Take a seat around a generous all-you-can-eat buffet and enjoy homemade tarts, grilled specialties, local products and live music in the heart of Rougemont.</p>
Each summer, the traditional bread oven of Rougemont is fired up once again for an evening dedicated to local flavours and conviviality. In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, residents and visitors gather around a generous buffet showcasing regional specialties.
Treat yourself to the famous tarts lovingly prepared by the bread oven ladies, whose passion for baking and pastry-making keeps this local tradition alive. You will also have the opportunity to taste bread baked in a wood-fired oven using traditional methods, offering the authentic flavours of times gone by.
To complete the feast, a selection of grilled dishes, fresh salads and regional cheeses awaits you. The evening is accompanied by live music, creating a festive and relaxed atmosphere. A wonderful opportunity to discover a living tradition and enjoy a memorable summer evening in the Pays-d’Enhaut.

Get off at Rougemont Station, located just a short walk from the bread oven.</p> <p><strong>Access by car</strong></p> <p>Parking spaces are available opposite Rougemont Church and near the railway station.</p>
