<p>At Potag’Oex, Yaëlle Maye and Bastien Rossier welcome you to their organic mountain microfarm for a nature-filled experience rich in local flavours.</p>
In Les Moulins, Potag’Oex invites you to slow down and reconnect with nature. Founded in 2020 by Yaëlle Maye and Bastien Rossier, this organic mountain microfarm cultivates 3,500 m² of gardens by hand at an altitude of 900 metres. During this discovery tour, you will immerse yourself in a world of vegetables, aromatic herbs and permaculture, guided by an approach that respects natural cycles and living ecosystems.
As you stroll through the gardens, you will learn about the story of Potag’Oex, discover the daily work carried out on the farm, explore the crops currently being grown and experience the richness of an ecosystem where laying hens play an essential role. This peaceful nature escape concludes with a delicious tasting session, with the opportunity to purchase products directly on site.
