<p>At la Cluse, experience the daily life of the Morier family, watch L’Etivaz AOP cheese being made and enjoy the flavours of the local terroir.</p>

Spend a morning immersed in the authentic atmosphere of a mountain pasture in the Pays-d’Enhaut. At la Cluse, the Morier family welcomes you to their alpine chalet to share their profession, their passion for mountain life and their daily routine.

During the visit, you will discover the different stages of traditional L’Etivaz AOP cheese production, crafted according to ancestral know-how in a copper cauldron heated over a wood fire. You will also gain insight into life on the alpine farm, meet the animals and learn about the rhythms of summer life at altitude.

The cows graze in the surrounding meadows, while the farm’s other animals delight visitors of all ages. The experience includes a tasting of local products and fresh milk from the morning milking.

A warm and authentic experience, perfect for discovering living alpine traditions and sharing a special moment with a passionate family of alpine farmers.
