10th Paper Cutting Days

For a weekend, artists from all over Switzerland and Europe will be presenting their work in Château-d’Œx to share their passion for decoupage. The ideal opportunity to learn more about this important tradition of the Pays-d’Enhaut!

On July 4 and 5, 2026, discover decoupage directly from passionate artists and in the village that has marked the history of this art! Nearly 40 artists from Switzerland and Europe, each with very different styles, will be on hand to share their passion for decoupage, cutting, exhibiting and selling their work.

During your visit, stroll through the village of Château-d’Œx and gradually discover the secrets of this delicate art! Four venues are dedicated to the event:

– the MOB station underpass
– the Collège Henchoz
– the main hall
– the Musée du Pays-d’Enhaut, Swiss Center for Paper Cutting.

Plan your program so you don’t miss the highlights of the 10th Journées du Papier Découpé! Attend the inauguration of the new edition of the “Le Grand des Marques” walk, strike a pose to have your portrait cut out live, or take an introduction to decoupage with classes organized especially for the occasion!

Access by train To reach this event, travelling by public transport is highly recommended. The MOB railway line, with its panoramic carriages, offers a comfortable and scenic journey to Château-d’Œx. From Montreux and Zweisimmen (stop “Château-d’Œx railway station”) Access by bus Public transport is the easiest way to reach this event. The TPC bus and train lines provide convenient connections to Château-d’Œx from the surrounding resorts. From Col des Mosses, Leysin and Les Diablerets (stop “Château-d’Œx railway station”) Access by car Travelling by public transport is strongly recommended for this event. If you arrive by car, parking is available in the village underground car park or at the COOP car park (CHF 1.– per hour).
