A true symbol of the Pays-d\u2019Enhaut region, L\u2019Etivaz AOP is a traditional alpine cheese made using ancestral know-how passed down from generation to generation. Every summer, local producers head up to the mountain pastures to transform raw milk into an exceptional cheese, while preserving time-honoured traditions.
