Hier werden viele K&auml;selaibe gereift, um einen K&auml;se mit einzigartigem Charakter zu erhalten!<\/p>\n<p data-v-830d46d8=\"\">Die Milit&auml;rfestungen befinden sich zwischen den Kantonen Waadt und Freiburg. Hier schliesst sich das Tal des Pays-d&#8217;Enhaut und l&auml;sst nur eine Strasse und den Fluss Sarine passieren. Unten sieht man die Schluchten, durch die der Fluss flie&szlig;t, bevor er in Montbovon ankommt.<\/p>\n<p data-v-830d46d8=\"\">Gut versteckt im Berg &ouml;ffnet sich eine T&uuml;r, durch die man das Betonlabyrinth betritt. Entdecken Sie in Begleitung Ihres F&uuml;hrers diese alten unterirdischen Stollen aus dem 2. Weltkrieg.<\/p>\n<p data-v-830d46d8=\"\">Gehen Sie durch die verschiedenen R&auml;ume des Forts und entdecken Sie die K&auml;sesorten, die direkt im Herzen des Berges gereift sind! This fort is the one located on the right bank of the Sarine (on the right) when arriving from Ch&acirc;teau-d&#8217;Oex. Attention: do not confuse with the fort on the left bank of the Sarine which has the entrance on the side of the road. The gravel car park is located on the roadside, on the left when arriving from Ch&acirc;teau-d&#8217;Oex.<\/p>\n<p>French, English and
