To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the \u201cPays-d\u2019Enhaut Produits Authentiques\u201d label, enjoy a unique culinary experience in the heart of the Pays-d\u2019Enhaut.<\/p>\n
For one evening, the Videmanette gondolas are transformed into suspended dining rooms. Between sky and mountains, let yourself be carried along as you enjoy an exceptional menu created by two renowned chefs from the Pays-d\u2019Enhaut, showcasing the authentic products of our region.<\/p>\n
The evening begins with a welcome cocktail, followed by a panoramic aperitif on the Videmanette terrace. The starter and main course are then served in the gondolas as the sun slowly sets behind the mountain peaks.<\/p>\n
The cheese buffet will be presented on the terrace by several producers from the \u201cPays-d\u2019Enhaut Produits Authentiques\u201d label, who will share their passion and expertise. The evening concludes with dessert served during the final gondola ride, followed by coffee and sweet treats at the lower station.<\/p>\n
An exclusive, intimate and convivial evening, limited to 25 gondolas, celebrating three decades of regional passion, tradition and gastronomy.<\/p>\n
