The evening begins with a friendly dinner, accompanied by warm conversations about life on the alp, the herd and the cheesemaker\u2019s craft.<\/p>\n<p>The night is spent on straw, lulled by the sound of cowbells and the deep calm of the mountains. The next day, discover the secrets of L\u2019Etivaz AOP, an alpine cheese stirred by hand in large copper cauldrons heated over a wood fire. The stay runs from 5 pm to 10 am the following day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Included in the offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The offer includes the round-trip hike, dinner, breakfast, night on straw and cheese-making demonstration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions of participation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The experience is suitable for families. Dogs are not allowed.
