The celebrations begin at noon with a large communal table set up along the Grand Rue, bringing together locals and visitors around the village\u2019s restaurants. In the afternoon, the village square becomes the centre of the festivities, with children\u2019s activities, the famous Glaces du Berceau, alphorn performances, traditional flag throwers from the Pays-d\u2019Enhaut and musical entertainment.<\/p>\n
Later in the day, the traditional parade of local societies makes its way from Les Bossons to the village square. The official ceremony, accompanied by La Montagnarde, official speeches and the Swiss national anthem sung by the public, continues the celebration in a spirit of tradition and community.<\/p>\n
